Hello, today I will be teaching you about Birth Control specifically Depo-Provera.
This method works with a shot in the arm that prevents pregnancy. It contains a hormone that prevents your body from releasing an egg.
This method thickens the mucuos of your cervix making it difficult for sperm to enter your uterus. Which will prevent you from getting pregnant.
You won't need to worry about keeping track of medicine or anything all you need is one shot every 12 weeks.
You only need one shot and it'll last you 12 weeks.
It is easy and safe.
You would still have to ask your partner to wear a condom to prevent an STD.
The shot may give you side effects.
The shot won't prevent you from getting an STD.
You can purchase the shot from your health care provider(doctor) or they might suggest you something. Also they can also give you the shot if you wanted.
