Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Inclining Incident
  • Rising Action
  • Pinocchio is a puppet made by Geppetto. Geppetto hopes for Pinocchio to become a real boy someday as he sees a falling star pass by. Geppetto is a woodworker who made many other inventions in his home with his pet Figaro.
  • Climax
  • During the night, a fairy came to Pinocchio. The fairy turned Pinocchio into a wooden boy. The fairy told Pinocchio that he could become a real boy someday by being a nice, thoughtful, and trusting boy. She asked Jiminy Cricket if he can act as his conscience and he said yes.
  • Falling Action
  • Since he came to be a real boy Geppetto took care of Pinocchio with his cat Figaro. Since this happened, Pinocchio started to go to school. One day instead of going to school, he went on a walk with these two strangers. Jiminy Cricket told him not to, but he decided to anyway.
  • Denouncement
  • Pinocchio was in trouble with the fairy. And everytime he would lie to the fairy his noes would become bigger. He was very sad because he put himself into a horrible position with Jiminy Cricket and his family. And decides that if he wants to become a real boy someday he has to change his attitude.
  • Finally, Pinocchio is starting to be a kind and truthful boy. He goes to school like he should and listens to his conscience. He tries to make his family proud and impressed with him.
  • At the end, the fairy appears to Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket. She was proud of Pinocchio trying to be a better person and because of this, she turns him into a real boy. Geppetto and Figaro were very happy and so was Jimminy Cricket to. So next time you lie be careful because you don't want your noes to grow like Pinocchio's.
