I'm going to have a little midnight snack before I go to bed.
I don't know why I can't fall asleep. I've been up for hours!
I'm so tired today. I fell asleep in class. Last night, I couldn't fall asleep after drinking a liter of Cola a as midnight snack.
A midnight snack?! That's why you couldn't sleep. Caffeine disrupts your body clock making you sluggish during the day.

Maybe I'll hold off on the midnight snack today and try to get some sleep.
