  • we need to think hard about this law
  • Article 3-The Judicial Branch
  • This branch starts with congress which makes laws and approves presidential appointments. There is the Senate that has two senators per state and there is the house of representatives that is based on the population of the state.
  • Article 4-Full Faith and Credit
  • we have to be honest and trustable
  • The president signs laws and appoints federal judges. The president is elected every 4 years. There's a vice president who helps and the cabinet nominated by the president and approved by the senate.
  • Article 5-Amending the Constitution

  • This branch decides if the laws are constitutional by the Supreme court. There are 9 justices and they can overturn rulings by other justices.
  • Federalism
  • The Full Faith and Credit upholds judgement, laws, and relationships from other states.
  • if Both houses of Congress adopt a proposed amendment with a 2/3 vote then the amendment is ratified by 3/4 of the states legislature. if the amendment is proposed by a national conviction called by congress then it is ratified by 3/4 of the states conventions. (or other way around)

  • federalism is a system of government which is divided. there is the powers delegated to the national government and there is the powers reserved for the state governments. they shares concurrent powers.
