  • In order for an athlete to perform to his full skill levels and to improve his skill level he must be in the gym at least 4 times a week
  • A good way of release stress, and move muscles and use muscles that hurt after a hard practice, is to swim, it helps condition your body, so you're always strong
  • An athlete must exercise everyday and also stretch, because stretching helps the muscles grow.
  • I am much better and stronger, I'm ready for the game.
  • A jog a the beach, really helps build your muscles, so the athlete can have strong thighs and calves.
  • After the workouts, athletes must rest, in order for muscles to rebuild they have to be rested .
