As much as possible, avoid insults. Getting upset to a binge eater will make the situation worse. Instead, make it clear that you care about your friend, and set a good example by eating healthily, exercising, and managing stress without food.
Binge eating disorders are very bad for your health. People who have binge eating disorders should do their best to get rid of it.
