  • i hate prohibition
  • This story is of a man who lived in the 1920's who owned a speakeasy and his struggles during prohibition.
  • this my turf!
  • HI my name is Gary Winthorpe and i own a speakeasy on Main st in new york city
  • i love the harlem renaissance!
  • these flappers are pretty good!
  • its kind of hard running my speakeasy since prohibition came along which is rules where you are not allowed to have Alcohol.
  • thanks for reading!
  • another problem was the gangsters would fight over territory outside the speakeasy
  • to entertain the guest i had flappers dance on stage while jazz music played which became popular due to the Harlem renaissance
  • well that's the story of my speakeasy, i hope you enjoyed. this sums up how my life was in the 1920's!
