Jem got his description of boo bradley from Mrs. Stephanie. Mrs. Stephanie said that, "Boo was sitting in the livingroom cutting some items from The Maycomb Tribune to paste in his scrapbook. His father entered the room. As Mr. Radley passed by, Boo drove the scissors into his parent’s leg, pulled them out, wiped them on his pants, and resumed his activities."
As Dill, Jem, and scout played they rolled around in a tire and they pushed scout and she rolled into the radleys yard as it says, "I raised my head and stared at the Radley Place steps in front of me."
Mrs. Maudie told Scout and Jem that Mr. Radley was a foot washer and that he never came out. "who’re so busy worrying about the next world they’ve never learned to live in this one, and you can look down the street and see the results.”
Jim lost his pants wile at the Radley's place and when he went back they were mended. He told scout that "They’d been sewed up. Not like a lady sewed ‘em, like somethin’ I’d try to do. All crooked."
Jim and Scout started finding stuff in the tree and they found a watch. "It was a pocket watch that wouldn’t run, on a chain with an aluminum knife.
One morning Scout woke up to snow on the ground and she never had seen it before she screamed and woke atticus up and said, "The world’s endin‘, Atticus! Please do something—!” I dragged him to the window and pointed. “No it’s not,” he said. “It’s snowing.” Jem asked Atticus would it keep up. Jem had never seen snow either, but he knew what it was."
