The Europeans were not humane to the native Americans because they didn't offer to trade with them instead they killed, captured, and converted them to Christianity.
England began to colonize the Atlantic coastline of the United States. The factors that to contributed to a successful colony were to maintain food, protection, people and workers, and shelter.
