  • Initial Dialogue or Event
  • Titania pleads"Come, sit thee down upon this flowery bed..."(Shakespeare 90)
  • Propelling the Action
  • Titania states "My Oberon, what visions have I seen! Methought I was enamored of an ass..."(Shakespeare 95).
  • Outcome
  • Oberon states " Then, my queen, in silence sad, trip we after nights shade..."(Shakespeare 97).
  • While Titania is asleep she gets a magical flower juice put into her eyes to make her fall in love with the first person she sees. When she wakes up the transformed Nick Bottom is the only one in sight.
  • Initial Dialogue or Event
  • Egeus demands " Enough, Enough! My lord, you have enough, I beg the law, the law upon his head..."(Shakespeare 102).
  • Oberon sees the sleeping Titania along side the Donkey she has just fallen in love with. He then put more magical flower juice in her eyes and wakes her up to make sure she sees him and falls in love with him.
  • Propelling the Action
  • Demetrius claimed "My love to Hermia, melted as the snow..."(Shakespeare 102).
  • Oberon and Titania tell each other how they love each other and will never be apart again. Titania tells Oberon she will never like another mortal again or betray his love.
  • Outcome
  • Theseus encourages "Egeus, I will overbear your will; for in the temple, by and by, with us these couples shall eternally be nit..."(Shakespeare 103).
  • Egeus stumbles upon his daughter with Helena, Lysander, and Demetrius. He is forcing his daughter to marry Demetrius even though she loves Lysander.
  • Demetrius expresses himself that he doesn't like Hermia anymore and his love is know for Hermia. Both boys express their feeling for the girls that they love and want to marry.
  • The Duke (Theseus) declares that he will let Hermia marry Lysander. Egeus accepts what the Duke says, Hermia will marry Lysander and not Demetrius, .
