Scrooge meeting Marley, in his POV
Bah Humbug! My employee Bob wants Christmas off to be merry with his family, but he has nothing to be merry about. I also can not stop thinking about Marley now that I imagined his face.
I started hearing voices downstairs and I am still creeped about seeing Marley's face on my door knocker. As I walk down the stairs to check the others rooms, I can not believe what I see! Or who I see!
"In life, I was your partner Jacob Marley!" Marley said.
"I am the past life of Marley, his ghost. I have all these chains to represent the burdens that I now have due to being rude and self-centered to others while I was alive." Marley replied.
"You can't be Marley, Marley's dead! Why do you look like that with all those chains everywhere?" I yelled.
"To make sure that you do not end up like me, you will be visited by three ghosts to try and change ways." Marley stated.
"They will come at different times each with different experiences to try and change your ways." Marley replied.
"Can't they come all at once to get it over with?" I exclaimed.
Once he left, I quickly locked the door, not knowing what is coming.
Marley left as quickly as he came.
