God, students really like Jim. And I hear he gets almost perfect evaluations.
Yeah, I know. And other professors always say they love having Jim’s students in their classes because they are so well prepared.
I just don’t have the kind of charisma Jim has. Sigh. I really wish I could be more like him.

You shouldn't try to be like Jim. Just be yourself and focus on your own strengths. You’re a great storyteller for example. Use what you’re good at to improve your relationship and effectiveness with students.
