Mr. Salmon realizes that Mr. Harvey knows something about the murder of his daughter.
"You know something" (Sebold 57).
Len Fenerman is telling Mr. Salmon that he can no longer report about Mr. Harvey. Mr. Salmon does not have enough evidence for the police to take action. Mr. Harvey is as sneaky as a fox and has hidden all of his evidence so Mr. Salmon cannot prove anything.
"We need you to stop making calls about George Harvey" (Sebold 133).
