  • Would you like to test drive the minivan? That way, you can determine how you like it first hand.

  • STEP 4- ANSWER QUESTIONS
  • I am concerned about the safety of the van, does it have good safety ratings?
  • This is a concern that most customers have about their new potential vehicle, but I assure you that the safety ratings are all grade A.

  • STEP 6- SUGGESTION SELLING
  • I have decided that I would like to purchase the minivan!
  • Thank you so much for offering, I would love to upgrade the radio!
