Hi my name is Sarah, and I am here to tell YOU about the food you are eating. To make intelligent choices for eating, you need to know WHAT you are eating.
If you don't know what you are eating, there is a chance that you ate stuff that is bad for you. You should check the ingredients and nutrition facts on food before you eat it. If it had lots of sugar, salt, artificial flavor or artificial color, try to stay away from that particular food. Also, stay away from fast food and junk food.
Food that has healthy ingredients like all natural and organic foods, you should eat it. Also, another way to eat healthy is to eat home cooked meals. Convince your parents to cook more home cooked meals if they don't already. These meals are always fresh and healthy if the right ingredients are chosen.
Outside forces like ads will try to convince you to eat their unhealthy food. They make the food look good, and they use celebrities in their ads to convince people to eat the food like that celebrity.
Even friends and family are outside forces that can make you eat unhealthy fast foods or junk food. They can pressure you into eating the food easily because you are close to them, and you would listen to them
Kids, you should never listen to these outside forces even if your family and friends are being nice to you. Stop eating unhealthy foods and start to eat smart.
