Storyboard Text

  • Seeing the Painter lady
  • I still can't think of any ideas, do you have any?
  • Walking to school
  • No, but we better have one quick! We need to teach this woman that she can't just barge in and go painting all over our walls!
  • Walking home from school
  • I have an Idea! What if we bought white spray paint to cover it with!
  • Great idea!
  • Yeah! Same!
  • Lou and I were on our way to school when we saw a lady painting our wall. We tried to ask her to stop, but she didn't answer.
  • Going to the store
  • This was an awesome idea! I really think it work, I'm super excited.
  •  So we kept walking to school. On our way we plotted a way for her to stop painting all over our wall.
  • Finding a crowd
  • What's going on?
  • I don't think we'll be needing the spray paint after all!
  • As we walked home from school, we saw the painter lady again, still ruining our walls, this had to stop, just then, we got an idea of what we could do to cover up the paint.
  • The finished artwork
  • Hey! That looks like us! and read the sign too! WOW!
  • As they walked to the store, they were super excited about their plan. Surely it would work!
  • But when they got back, everybody was huddle around the wall looking at something. But the boys couldn't see.
  • When everyone had cleared out of the way, the boys saw the painting and saw that they were on the painting. Jimmy Lyons used to live in the neighborhood and was very fun, but he died in the Vietnam war. They had managed to scratch his name into the wall, but the painter lady covered it up with her paint and it made everyone sad and mad. But it made them happy in the end because she had dedicated the wall to him. The boys really liked it and didn't have to use the spray paint to cover it up.
  • In loving memory of my cousin Jimmy Lyons
