  • what can I not do with this cast on
  • You will not be able to play any sport while your cast is on 
  • The femur, or thighbone, is the longest and strongest bone of the human skeleton.
  • Good morning class, Eric turn around Jakob your late, Cole shut up. TO day we will learn about the muscles
  • The adult human body has 206 of them.
  • You have a broken hand and it will be ok when you have a cast on and let it heel for about 3-4 weeks
  • The muscles which bend the finger joints are located in the palm and up in the mid forearm, and are connected to the finger bones by tendons, which pull on and move the fingers like the strings of a marionette.
