Calypso helps Odyseus leave the island so he can find his family. Even though she wanted Odyseus to stay
Calypso receives a message frop Penelope saying how she disliked her attempt at marrying Odyseus and is going to take her to war.
Calypso sends a messanger to spy on Penelope. The messanger tells Calypso that Zues and Poseidon are working with Penelope.
Calypso realizes that Zues and the other powerful gods are going to go against her. She knows she is not strong enough to fight a man, so she orders the other male sea nymphs to prepare for war.
The women assemble their armies and are ready to have the men fight it out. The deal was that if Calypso wins she will marry Odyseus but if Penelope wins she will take Calypso's island.
I will take this island!
In the middle of the night the sea nymphs become victorious. They were able to make Zues and Poseidon surrender.
