Storyboard Text

  • I volunteer as tribute
  • The reaping. Katniss is heroic as she volunteered herself, her life to save another, that being her sister. This shows that she is not scared to put her life on the line
  • The train. Peeta is punched in the face by Haymitch but Katniss then stabs a knife into the table so stop the fight. This shows that she is not scared to stop a fight for the greater good, heroic.
  • While riding the caravan with the crowd watching Katniss kisses Peeta on the cheek to win over the audience, this is her trying to win for her District, a very heroic act.
  • Katniss had never been on a train before so this was her first time, it really took her breathe away as the train was nothing like she had ever been on before. This shows off how jealous she really was of what the Capitol had.
  • Katniss would hunt for her family at home, she not only did this for her families food but also for money as they used it to trade. This was a very selfless act by her.
  • Katniss was a risk taker as when she was showing off her skills to the judges all that they payed attention to was the pig they were eating so she shot the apple out of the pigs mouth and onto the wall behind them.
