  • By issuing the Declaration of Independence, adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, the 13 American declared their independence from the Britain. John Hancock wrote his name in large to show that he's not afraid of the British.
  • To produces a dual system of Government. To have to basic level of government, with level of authority.
  • There shall be Federal Laws and State Laws.
  • State should have their own power and authority!
  • Federalist wanted to allow local matter to concern, while anti-federalist feel that it was to much changes.
  • No they shouldn't!
  • This was the ideal and philosophies of the American Revolution.
  • Congratulation everyone, we've made the first official constitution.
