Jane is struggling to get enough sleep due to poor time management. Her friend Amanda is here to talk to her about ways she can manage her time more wisely giving her enough time to sleep and keep up with her school work.
Amanda had 7 tips about time management to help Jane: Eliminate distractions,Be focused at the task at hand, Use a calendar, Use a checklist, Get organised, Schedule rewards, and finally Get a good night’s sleep.
Now with help from Amanda (the tips) Jane will finally get a good nights rest and do well in school.
