Look that car is using inertia to move. An object in motion remains in motion unless a force acts upon it.
The greater the mass (of the object being accelerated) the greater the amount of force needed (to accelerate the object). This car has a lot of mass so there is more force needed to accelerate it.
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. If there is another person pushing on this door at the same time as this person, they are showing Newton's third law.
