Storyboard Text

  • What are you doing?!
  • I can never tell them how I truly feel...
  • Don't let any more shots in!!!
  • I can't be myself. I have to hide my real emotions or they will make fun of me...
  • Society tells us that vulnerability is the same thing as weakness. My brothers and sisters, by opening up and being true to ourselves, we can come together as a group, stronger than ever.
  • This is what we need to do.
  • In today's society, vulnerability is seen as weakness. People are forced to put up a wall and hide their emotions in order to be perceived as strong individuals.
  • If we are true to ourselves and to each other, we can become closer and stronger than what we've ever been!
  • People live in fear of looking weak in front of friends, family and teammates and hide all signs of vulnerability. Society tells us that this is what we have to do in order to look strong.
  • I don't want to look weak in front of my girlfriend...
  • I'm scared to mess up...
  • Don't worry boys. We can do this together! We have just admitted our fears and coe together as a team. Together we are strong!
  • I'm nervous about disappointing my parents...
  • The Christian Tradition reminds us of how vulnerability is nothing what society claims it to be. Christianity supports us to show us vulnerable to come together as a group and let it make us stronger.
  • WE DID IT!
  • Listen to them! We just lost and this is how they feel!
  • I'm going to cry tears of happiness!
  • The only thing that is needed is for one person to open up and be true to themselves and hopefully, the rest will follow...
  • When we open up and are true to ourselves and to each other, we will find that there is nothing that we cannot do. By acknowledging our fears and fighting against them together, we will succeed.
  • Vulnerability can be a key to success, if used the right way. In the end, if we show ourselves vulnerable, the result becomes less important, as we will always feel like winners when coming together, closer and stronger than ever.
  • We came together as a team!
  • You boys are my BROTHERS!
