Storyboard Text

  • Arriving at the Concentration Camp
  • Don't hurt her!!
  • Oh no!!!
  • Stand up!
  • The Torture Has Just Begun
  • Everyone's hair will be cut off immediately!
  • Showers Are Suppose To Be Delightful?
  • I miss my family!
  • I wanna go home!
  • We are losing everything!
  • As the children make their way out of the train car, the police officers directs the children to stay standing. They will have many consequences later on if they don’t listen to the police officers directions and demands.
  • The children are told to go over to the barber where their heads will be shaved. They had bugs infested throughout their hair from the long train ride there and the Nazis didn't want their hair to get in the way of the childrens work.
  • This scene expreses that the children are in the shower and they wish they could be somewhere else. I choose this scene because of the great impact it has on the story. Many would say that this is “the start of their long journey ahead”. I believe that the children will live the rest of their lives working for Hitler and the Nazis. This is just the beginning of their torturous lives that will soon prove to be worse and worse each day.
