Slide your leg out to the side as far as you can and then back.
Tighten your thigh muscle and try to straighten your knee.
As your thigh muscle tightens, lift your leg several inches off the bed.
Now we are going to do some exercises while standing.
Lift your operated leg toward your chest.
Keep your hip, knee and foot pointing straight forward.
