Hello, welcome to the Hip to It Program!
Before we begin, we want to make sure that you feel comfortable performing these exercises.
The first exercise is an ankle pump. You are going to slowly push your foot up and down.
Move your ankle inward toward your other foot and then outward away from your other foot.
Slide your heel towards your bum, bending your knee and keeping your heel on the bed.
Tighten buttock muscles and hold to a count of 5.
