  • Hello, welcome to the Hip to It Program!
  • Before we begin, we want to make sure that you feel comfortable performing these exercises.
  • The first exercise is an ankle pump. You are going to slowly push your foot up and down.
  • Move your ankle inward toward your other foot and then outward away from your other foot.
  • Slide your heel towards your bum, bending your knee and keeping your heel on the bed.
  • Tighten buttock muscles and hold to a count of 5.
