Why should he be the chief?
A plane containing a bunch of young boys crashed on a deserted tropical island. As they swam to shore they found a conch which Ralph would use as his source of power.
Hey! Give them back!
Ralph uses his conch to declare himself chief. Jack doesn't like Ralph being the leader and calls a meeting to try to dethrone Ralph.
Jack is tired of Ralph's leadership and leaves. Some of the boys follow him and together they hunt and kill a pig. They cut the head off the pig off and leave it for the "beast" they plan to kill.
As Jack and his hunters go off on their own they realize they need to make a fire, so they go to the other camp and steal Piggy's glasses.
Ralph and Piggy go to Jack's side to convince Jack to give Piggy's glasses back. While Ralph is talking to Jack, Roger pushes a boulder down killing Piggy.
As Ralph is running from Jack and his hunters, he finds a British Naval Officer. The officer speaks to Ralph about what has happened and Ralph begins to break down. Soon after, all the other boys begin crying too.
