Pip is showing his true emotions. This is how he feels for Estella, he loves her with all his heart.
"She had adopted Estella, she had good as adopted me, and it could not fail to be her intention to bring us together."
PIp is showing how he is the prince and how Estella is the princess in the story. He would protect Estella for her love. This was one of Pip's thoughts on his way to see Estella at the Satis House
"Destroy the vermin-in short, do all the shining deeds of the young Knight of romance, and marry the princess."
This is Mr.Wopsle, starring the Hamlet play, while Pip and Hebert watched.
"Look out! Here's the undertaker a coming, to see how you're getting on with your work."
"I am to come to London the day after tomorrow by the mid-day coach. I believe it was settled you should meet me? At all events Miss Havisham has that impression, and I write in obedience to it. She sends you her regard.-Yours, Estella."
The next day Pip goes and waits as instructed by Estella's note. This was to meet him at the London Train Station.
"They begged to inform me that Mrs J. Gargery had departed this life on Monday last at twenty minutes past six in the evening, and that my attendance was requested at the interment on Monday next at three o'clock in the afternoon." This is what the letter stated.
As Pip and Mr.Joe are taliking they get a letter that gives them the worst news. Mrs.Joe has died.
"I must call you Mr Pip today. Congratulations, Mr Pip."
Today is the day, Pip's 21st Birthday.
