Long Term Effects
Drought is a short-term effect that greatly impacts the bird. During dry seasons in their habitat they have limited drinking water and it is shared with other animals in their ecosystem.
The rock fowl lives in a very degraded habitat due to human activity. One of the long-term effects that impact the bird are eruptions from Mount Cameroon.
