  • Newton's first law states that an object in motion will stay in motion and an object at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by an outside force.
  • The Ferris Wheel will continue to move in a circular motion unless an outside force will cause it to change.
  • My feather will have a smaller force when it hits the ground because it is less massive.
  • My coin will have a greater force when it hits the ground because it has more mass.
  • Newton's second law states that an object's force is equal to its mass times its acceleration.
  • If you dribble the basketball, it will hit the ground as an action. It's reaction would be it springing up.
  • Newton's third law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
