Scene 3: Opens up in a court in the castle at Dunsinane (Macbeth on throne, Doctor on the right, Attendants on the left) Macbeth says that he has no fear of Malcolm and the English army. The spirits told him that “no man that’s born of woman shall ever have power over you”. The servant tells Macbeth that there are ten thousand Englishmen approaching the castle
The Doctor informs Macbeth of Lady Macbeth well being and Macbeth tells him to cure her from her delusions

Scene 4: Opens up at a country near Birnam Wood (Malcolm, Siward, Macduff, Siward’s son, Menteith, Caithness, Angus, Lennox, Ross, & some soldiers) Malcolm hopes they can sleep soon without fear of being murdered. They decide that each soldier should cut down a bough and carry it as they march to the castle

Scene 5: In the court in Dunsinane castle. (Macbeth, Seton, Soldier) Macbeth is laughing at the army thats coming towards his castle. A woman’s cry is heard, seton runs to check out what the noise was
My Lady... she's dead
Seton comes back in a hurry to inform the King that his Queen has died. He gives a speech on life and said she would have died anyways, and then in comes in a messenger (on the left) informing Macbeth that the forest are moving and Macbeth calls her a liar.
