Deal. When can I start?
You will deal in black traffic. You will get your money, but I get your soul
Sail to East Africa, a native Chief will meet with you Bring the slaves back and sell them off.
The journey took him 4 months, but not once did Tom encounter poor weather or rough seas. When he finally arrived, it was early morning and the Chief was waiting for him on the shores, like he knew to expect him.
Tom had many dealings with the natives in Africa over his numerous trips. He had made quite the fortune buying and selling in the slave business. But no matter what, he made sure he had his bible with him at all times.
On the last trip before he decided he was done, his sacred book fell into the ocean when his ship hit a particularly large swell. Luckily the trip was over halfway finished and they didn't have much longer to travel.
Later that same night, an oil lamp fell over starting a small fire. When the fire reached Tom's money room, the whole ship burst into an intense inferno of flames. All on his merchandise and money were incinerated and there were no survivors, and all of the slaves he sold in the States, mysteriously caught pneumonia and died a week later.
