  • We are part of the Federalist party. I am Hamilton and my friend beside me is Adams.
  • Federalists and the Democratic Republicans
  • We are the Republican party. I am Jefferson and my friend is Madison.
  • The Federalists
  • Hi, I'm a federalist. I have a loose construction view which means that I believe the constitution gave the government powers that are not clearly listed in the constitution. I support the National Bank and favor a strong federal government.
  • The Democratic Republicans
  • Hi, I'm a Democratic Republican. I have a strict construction view which means that I believe the congress powers are limited to what is absolutely necessary. I reject implied powers and I do not support the National Bank!
  • Hi, I'm John Adams and I won the Election of 1796 with 71 electoral votes. I am a federalist. After this year's election, I am now the president of the United States!

  • Hi, my name is Thomas Jefferson and I am now the vice president of the United States! I am a Republican. I won with 68 electoral votes.
  • Thomas, I highly disagree with you! In order for a country to be well run, we have to have a strong government!
