  • No, 'tis not so deep as a well, nor so wide as a church-door; but 'tis enough. 'Twill serve. Ask for me tomorrow, and you shall find me a grave man.

  • Scene Two
  • Is Romeo slaughtered, and is Tybalt dead? My dearest cousin, and my dearer lord? Then, dreadful trumpet, sound the general doom, For who is living if those two are gone?

  • Scene Three
  • Thy tears are womanish; thy wild acts denote The unreasonable fury of a beast.
  • Mercurio and Tybalt get in a fight and begin to duel. Benvolio tries to intervene and say that they should not fight in public but they do not listen. Then as they are fighting Romeo tries to defend Mercurio, but Tybalt stabs Mercurio under the armpit. Romeo blames Tybalt for the death and challenges Tybalt, Juliets cousin to a duel and killing him.
  • Scene Four
  • Monday, ha ha! Well, Wednesday is too soon. O' Thursday let it be.—O' Thursday, tell her,
  • While Juliet is preparing to lose her virginity, the nurse learns the news of Tybalts death. The nurse comes to Juliet frantically crying about someone dying, Juliet assumes its Romeo. Then when the nurse mentions Tybalt she thinks they are both dead. Once she learns Romeo killed Tybalt she decides eventually to side with him. She is still upset about Romeo being banished
  • Scene Five
  • An you be mine, I'll give you to my friend; And you be not, hang, beg, starve, die in the streets,
  • Romeo is hiding out at Friar Laurence's, when The nurse comes she and the Friar try to deal with Romeo, who keeps threatening to stab himself. The Friar comes up with a better plan, Romeo and Juliet can have one night together before Romeo leaves Verona. The Friar says that later he will try to get the Prince to pardon Romeo. Then Romeo sneaks off to go see Juliet.
  • Paris is still trying to marry Juliet. However Juliet's still way depressed about Tybalt, and Romeo. Juliet father thought in order to cheer her up, he would set up a wedding with Paris! He thought Juliet would go along with it, and asks Paris who joyfully agrees to marry Juliet.
  • Romeo and Juliet wake up after their first night together, they don't want to say goodbye but they have to. Eventually she learns the dreaded news about her marrying Paris on Thursday. Juliet fights with both of her parents after she learns the news but neither of them will change their minds. She decides Friar Lawrence might be her only chance at getting out of the marriage.
