Hello, today we are going to explain how to do physical exercicies at home.
The first exercice that we will perfom will be squats. We will do 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
The second we will work a little chest that does not hurt, we will do push-ups, 3 sets of 10 repetitions .
The third exercice is called funds, to work the triceps , 4 sets of 15 repetitions
The fourth exercices will be abdominal crunch. We will do 3 sets of 25 repetitions.
In the fifth exercise we will do lifting of lateral legs . 4 sets of 10 repetitions each leg .
