  • Samuel Adams and John Hancock were the founders of the secret society called The Sons of Liberty. The Sons of Liberty were a group of men who protested against taxes and fought for liberty.

  • To protest against the Tea Act imposed by the British Parliment Sam Adams organized the Boston Tea party.
