The first existence was Gaea (Earth). She was about to become an immortal loving mother to all gods and humanity but before that she had a son called Uranus who would rule the world!
Gaea and Uranus had many children including immortal gods such as the Titans and Cyclops. Uranus started to fear his children as he thought that one day they would try to take his throne.
Because of Uranus's fear of his children stealing his throne every time Gaea had a child Uranus would take it and bury it in the depths of Gaea, the Earth.
Gaea cried for her children so one night Gaea decided to get revenge. Gaea took her son Cronus out from her depths and gave him a weapon to wound Uranus (his father) with.
Cronus didn't let Gaea down and wounded his father Uranus. Uranus poured out greats amounts of blood and become so weak that he rose way above the Earth never to go back down again.
The blood from Uranus mixed in with the soil creating gaints, nymphs and more. As this happened waves overlapped Gaea and this mixed with a drop of Uranus's blood. This created the goddess Aphrodite. Cronus then became ruler and god of the Earth.
