A dad and his son go at a beach to play in the sand. After unloading the car the man turns to his son and says, “We should build a sandcastle together!” With excitement the son grabs the tools and runs down to the shore. He begins filling bucket after bucket with wet sand as he digs a moat. The father having done this before he tells his son to move up the beach because he sees that the tide is gonna come soon.
Even though the dad warned his son about the tide coming in soon .The son is to busy having fun so he dosnt here him. He just keeps along buildning his sand castle.
“Daddy, daddy,” the son yells, “look what I have done!” As the son turns around to point at his castle he notices that it has been wiped out by the big wave of water his dad told him about. With each wave the son’s hard work is washed out to sea.With tears in his eyes the son feels the empathy his dad isn't expressing but he knows his dad is sorrowful.The dad says i warned you and things happen but the kid says that it was a masterpiece you should have seen it.
The father kneels down, fills a pail with the remains of his son’s master piece, and says, Can you help me finish my castle?
After they built another one his dad said that know matter if our masterpieces wash away the sand castles will remain.
