  • Hi Bob welcome to another day in the IT support Centre
  • Hi lets start looking out for those faults that have been self logged - remember we only have 1 hour to either fix or escalate!
  • Here is one now! Im so pleased we were able to use Help the Helpdesk to gather all that technical detail!
  • I was trying to send an email and when i click send i get an error - Send Failed! Hmmf helpful eh!

  • And now I have resolved this fault the system will automatically email the customer to inform them that the issues is resolved and if they want to they have 14 days to re-open it using self service....Nice!
  • From here i can - resolve the issue. I can fix it! Add aditional detail if I know more, Prioritise Categorise and of course Contact the customer for more info if required!
  • Hey this is an easy one - Becky's password was locked out .. ill give her a call and make sure shes ok!

  • wow . just got off the phone to IT support, they resolved my fault and called to check i was OK .. they are AMAZING!
