  • Louis XIV leaves france because of his lavish spending, the national debt he gave france and the poor harvest
  • The estates were created by the estate general. They divided the people into three estates. The first, The second, and The third. Can you guess what group the bourgeoisies was in?
  • Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette were exiled by being beheaded with a guillotine do to the unfair taxes and all the debt they made.
  • Napolean Bonaparte comes to force and he took this power with a coup d'etat. The one major thing he invented was the napoleanic code
  • The Tennis Court Oath began by the Storming of Bastille. This was when soldiers broke prisoners out of the Old Regime prison.
  • Napolean as a leader made a huge impact on France. He made huge expansions, made all men equal, made everyone pay taxes, and defeated Russia. Although he was a good leader he made less rights for women and children. He also spent lots of money on himself.
