  • Bullying is when someone is being hurt either by words or actions on purpose, usually more than once, feels bad because of it, and has a hard time stopping whats happening to them.
  • The problem is that young people are often ill are prepared to handle stresses those already at risk for suicide may feel overpowered by the emotions associated with stressors such as violence, bullying, and suicide.
  • try to avoid being alone, and try to stay with a group of people during the times the bullying takes place. Other advice includes ignoring the bully and walking away; not letting the bully see that the bullying is upsetting; not responding to bullying with physical violence.
