  • Determine needs, learn what the costumer is looking for in order to decide what product to show him
  • What product are you interested in?
  • Im looking for a new phone, do you happen to be selling any?
  • Present the product, tell the costumer all about the product and its features
  • Here is our latest model, it has a lot of new and improved features
  • Overcome objections, see why the costumer doenst like about he product and provide information to remove that concern
  • That is completely fine, we can change these features to make them just right for you
  • I don't really like some of these features on the phone
  • Selling the product, Suggest additional merchandise or services that will save the costumer money
