  • Amendment four states that you cannot violate someones right of personal items. Items such as houses, papers, and effects. Also, you cannot do unreasonable searches and seizures without a description of what needs to be searched.
  • Amendment one states that there will not be a law establishing of religion, or prohibiting the freedom of exercise thereof. Also, you have the freedom of speech or of the press. And the right for people to peaceable assemble. They also have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
  • Amendment six states that in all criminal prosecutions, the accused have the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of state. They also have a right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury. And the right to know who you accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.
