Storyboard Text

  • Act 2, Scene 2: It's the middle of the night and Brutus is awake, he has made up his mind that he has to kill caesar. Lucius walks in and tells brutus that cassius and other people are outside. The conspirators came to brutus's house and were like should we tell him their plan to kill caesar. They are making sure they are following their plan and it goes smoothly.They are in the garden and portia is frustrated because Brutus isn't telling her anything. Brutus then talks to Ligarius.

  • Act 2, Scene 2: Caesar has heard about the bad predictions going around. Caesar’s wife (calpurnia) dreams of caesar dying. Senate wants to take caesar to get crowned, at first caesar says no, but then Decius asks him why he won't go. Then caesar decides to go. The commoners have a discussion about the killing of Caesar.
  • Act 2, Scene Three: Artemidorus writes a letter to Caesar. Act Two, Scene Four: Portia is the wife of brutus, she is wondering about caesar at the capitol and is making sure that nothing bad happens.

  • Act 3, Scene 1: Caesar was banning publius and they all stabbed him. Caesar thought they were all his friends and were celebrating his crowning. Caesar was strong about banning publius. Everyone bows down to him and then stab him and dies. Caesar is very suprised. The people are very happy because they are now free.
  • Act 3, Scene 2: Cassius and Brutus addresses the onstage crowd, assuring them they didn't not kill caesar out of a lack of love for him, he says but because his love for rome outweighed his love of a single man . They are talking about going to caesar's funeral. This is about Antony speaking to the Plebeians about Caesar's death, speaking of brutus and his heinousness, rallying and manipulating them.
  • Act 3, Scene 3: Cinna gets caught by a mob. After asking cinna questions, they confuse cinna with the conspirator (this cinna is a poet). The mob doesn't believe they have the wrong guy, and show no mercy. They tear apart his poetry. They drag him away and say they are going to kill all of the conspirators.
