  • Hello my name is Asyia and I am a muslim belongs to the Islamic Religion. My religion believes in one God named Allah and our founder Mohammad is a his messenger. Most Muslims live in the Middle East but we also live in other parts of the world as well.
  • Our holy book is Quran which has the old testament in it just like the Torah, the holy book of Judaism. The Islamic law states that all females have to wear an abaya which is a cloak that covers our entire body.
  • Hello my name is Alyssa and I believe in the religion of Christianity. We believe in one God who is our savior and is our Christ. Most of Christians live in the United States and we usually go to church on Sundays. Our holy book is called the Bible which has the New Testament, the Old testament, and some letters from the writers of God.
  • Christians follow the 10 Commandments of God. 1. God is the only God there is. 2. You should not create a bad image for yourself. 3. Don't take the lords name in vain. 4. Sunday is the holy day. 5. Honor your father and your mother. 6.You shall not kill. 7. You shall not commit adultery. 8. You shall not steal. 9.You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. 10. You shall not cheat on your wife or husband
  • Islam is a monotheistic religion that believes in one God that is different from Christianity and Judaism although all three religions believe in some of the same prophets.
  • In the Islamic religion there are 5 pillars they Muslims have to follow. Statement of Faith, Prayer, Pilgrimage, Charity and finally Fasting. In Prayer Muslims have to pray 5 times a day towards Mecca and in Pilgrimage every Muslim has to travel to Mecca at least once in their life. For Charity they have to give a portion of their earnings to the poor.
  • My name is Abaigeal and I am a jew that follows the religion of Judaism. My religion believes in one God by the name of Yahweh(proper name in the Torah)
  • Christianity originally comes from the religion of Judaism and was formed in the Middle East. The place of worship for Christians is called a Church while the Islamic place of worship is called a Mosque and the Judaism place if worship is called a Synagogue.
  • There are approximately fifteen million Jews throughout the world. And like Christianity and Islam Judaism is a monotheistic religion. Jews had previously been slaves to the Egyptians and the Jews believe that Yahweh sent 10 deadly plagues to help them be free.
  • The Christian holy days include Christmas the birth of Jesus, Easter when Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to heaven, and Lent a forty-day holy period of penitence and self-denial.
  • Judaism is the original religion in the Middle East. The Hebrews were the ancestors of the Jewish people and trace their ancestry to Abraham. Judaism has their own homeland in the Middle East called Israel, after the Holocaust we believed they needed a safe place.
  • Jews worship in synagogues led by a rabbi while Christians are lead by a priest and Muslims are required to walk around Kaaba, a small shrine that Muslims believe to be the most sacred spot on earth.
