Storyboard Text

  • Night
  • Written by Elie Wiesel
  • Storyboard made by Ella Oliver, and Amanda Carpenter
  • 17 Word Summary
  • Elie Wiesel was happy, until him and his family were taken to Auschwitz and separated to die.
  • Independence - We chose independence because in the book he needed to learn how to survive by himself, it also shows him slowly growing away from his family ( Mainly his father ) and even leaving his father to die.
  • Theme
  • Tone- Cold, Depressed, Somber
  • Tone and Mood
  • Mood- Crushed, Hopeless, Heartbroken,
  • Sugar - I chose Sugar because at the beginning of the book Elie's personality was sweet but eventually, it dissolved, just like sugar in water
  • Wild Animal- I chose to do a wild animal because Elie had to fend for himself and grew not to care about others, including his own father.
  • Symbols
  • Why do some persevere and others don’t? This has to do with the book because it shows how Elie wanted to commit suicide but he didn't because of his father, who later died.
