By emmamaree64, Updated
This is a storyboard to describe trade.
On their way through the Sahara desert they mine for salt to trade with the Wangarans. The more salt, more gold.
We are nearly finished!
They continue through the Sahara desert to Ghana then to the Wangarans empire.
We're almost to Ghana!
They arrive in Ghana on their way to trading with the Wangarans. Ghana is right in between the Sahara desert so it makes the kingdom richer and more powerful because they can tax people that go through.
They're so expensive this time!
They continue their journey through the forest and desert to trade with the Wangarans. On the way they loose two camels because of dehydration and starvation due to the climate.
We have arrived!
They both make offers, starting with the salt traders. They put their first offer down, and the Wangarans come and decide how much gold the salt is worth. In between offers they bang a drum allowing the other to take the offer or put more or less down. During this process they hit the drum because if the Wangarans talk they will reveal the secret were the gold is hidden. The trade process is across the Nile.
When they´re finished trading with the Wangarans they finish there long way through the Sahara desert and back to there kingdom.
Today was Succesful.
