Storyboard Text

  • Welcome Armand Moncharmin and Firmin Richard to the Paris Opera House! Take good care of it.
  • Thank you Poligny for everything, we will look after everything. The Opera House will be a great success
  • Dear god! Who has done this to the caretaker? Our opera is ruined! Help!
  • There is no phantom!
  • Ahhhhh! The phantom, it's the phantom! Save me!
  • My dad once told me of an angel of music. Is it you?
  • I am indeed your angel of music! Your voice is beautiful and I shall teach you.
  • The Paris Opera House is given to two naive managers who guarantee success to the opera, however, are not told about the 'phantom' supposedly haunting the theatre.
  • Here, I shall teach you to sing, and in my new play 'Don Juan', you shall be the lead
  • Angel, was it really you who killed the caretaker?
  • Armand and Firmin find the caretaker of the opera house hung from the stage ceiling, and whilst Carlotta knows it is the phantom, they don't believe her, and instead treat it as an accident.
  • Christine Daaé, is that you? I love you!
  • How dare she gets the part! I deserve it!
  • Christine Daaé is sitting in her bedroom when a strange man appears. Christine knows it is her angel which her father promised her, however he is also the phantom to most people.
  • No! Take me, and leave him alone!
  • Oh no, it's the phantom!
  • You betrayed me Christine! Raoul, you shall pay!
  • Christine Daaé is taken to her angel's underground lair, and is taught to sing there. It is revealed that he has made a play which will be forced upon the managers, where Christine will play the leading role. She also realises that her angel is the phantom.
  • ...
  • Christine, with reluctance, takes the main role, stealing it from Carlotta, who is usually the lead singer. Whilst she is singing, another colleague named Raoul falls in love with her, and she loves him back.
  • Don Juan
  • The phantom overheard Christine and Raoul, and confronts them, saying the Raoul will pay. Christine objects, however, and sacrifices herself to save Raoul. She is then taken back to his lair
