Storyboard Text

  • Hmmm... What's going on?
  • You gave me a heart attack!
  • Can I help you?
  • Let's check you in the computer then get your keys.
  • Oh no! I don't have my keys on me.
  • Marleina was freaked out by the look of John, the door man, and a few other people because they looked like wax figures. And you know how creepy they look because you know they're not real, but look so life like.

  • She slowly walked through the lobby inspecting people. She came up to this one lady at the front desk, named Patricia. "Can I help you?" The woman said, unfreezing. Marleina jumped back like kangaroo and fell onto her butt. She put her hand on her chest, and inhaled in and out fast. Marleina tried to get the words, (You actually gave me a heart attack!) out of her mouth. But all she did was sit there in shock with her mouth wide open and nothing coming out.
  • What just happened? How did it happen? Can I do it again?
  • Patricia helped Marleina up and asked, "Are you ok?" Marleina wasn't 100% sure, but she needed to get back to her apartment.
  • Hmmm... How did I freeze time? How did I stop above that car?
  • Patricia helped Marleina back to her apartment and gave her a set of spare keys. Marleina turned around to say thank you, but Patricia was already heading towards the elevators.
  • Marleina walked in and sat on her couch. And asked herself, "What just happened? How did it happen? Can I do it again? Well I'm not going to test myself by falling off my balcony again." She got up and headed for Central Park.
  • Marleina questioned herself about the crazy Saturday morning she had. To figure things out, she thought to be in a less open place and went farther away from people behind a bid tree.
