  • The combination of aging and dying of stars, and extremely high temperatures creates new chemical elements.

  • There are two conditions needed for new elements to form.

  • Seaborg played a crucial role in the discovery and development of elements.
  • New Complexity
  • Seaborg discovered all transuranium elements and a new element, Seaborgium (Sg).
  • In conclusion, many scientists such as myself have discovered parts of the complex world which is chemical elements.
  • Conclusion
  • Firstly, stars running out of hydrogen fuel leads to the production of elements through nuclear fusion. Secondly, giant stars collapsing leads to supernovae to forge most of the elements of the periodic table, scattering them as they explode.
  • Introducing... James
  • 92 elements scatter throughout space and combine with one another to form chemical compounds that interact in extremely complex ways.
  • With these ingredients and conditions, new complexity is created.
  • With the right ingredients and necessary conditions, chemicals are continually being made and making our world increasingly complex.
